[bt-devel] BibleTime 2.10 beta 1 released! (Windows)

Not only the ms libraries, but the QT 5 libraries. The QT 5 libraries
were the hardest to find. Let me install the correct MS libraries,
then I'll reinstall the beta and let you know.
