[bt-devel] BibleTime/ESV: footnote rendering?

In BibleTime, some footnotes do not put the previous crossreference into 
the Mag window:

Checking ESV in Mat 1:18:

Xiphos (*x: crossreferences, *n footnotes): '18 Now the birth of *xJesus 
Christ*n took place in this way. *xWhen his mother Mary had been 
betrothed*n to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be 
with child *xfrom the Holy Spirit.'

BibleTime( between (): footnotes, between []: crossreferences): 18 Now 
the birth of [ver. 1; Mark 1:1; John 1:17; 17:3; [ver. 16]] Jesus Christ 
(1) took place in this way. [Luke 1:27] When his mother Mary had been 
betrothed (2) to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be 
with child [Luke 1:35] from the Holy Spirit.

In BibleTime footnote (1) shows:
- ver. 1; Mark 1:1; John 1:17; 17:3; [ver. 16]
instead of
- Some manuscripts 'of the Christ'

at the same time the second footnote (2) shows the text of the first one:
- Some manuscripts 'of the Christ'
instead of
- That is, legally pledged to be married

This is not an error just at Mat 1:18, but also in Mat 3:3, 3:16, 5:9, 
6:9-13 ...

This is the same in BibleTime version 2.5 and 2.7
