[bt-devel] Launchpad for translations

What is the general feeling of the group if I setup BT on launchpad
for translation purposes?

Apparently the translation interface is good, and it handles po files
very well. Using lconvert we can convert ts to po to ts, so it could
meet all our translation needs.

Be useful also for those who are having issues with their own translation tools.
