[bt-devel] Configuration system

Hi,
Trying to change the way sessions work a little I stumbled across the current 
configuration system and wondered why I works the way it does.
I just found 
http://devel.bibletime.info/wiki/Reworking_the_Configuration_System
Even though it is quite old it mostly matches with my findings in  the current 
BibleTime codebase and I think the approach that is proposed there is quite 
appealing.
It boils down to mostly using QSettings directly.
I will think a bit more about usecases and the design and put my findings up on 
the wiki.
