I think it would be reasonable to change the SWORD code to have a
virtual function for link handling. Now all TEI->HTML conversion is in
one function and the only possibility is to copypaste.

But especially with TEI it might be possible to write a filter which
edits only links (CrossWire TEI adds OSIS links to standard TEI) and the
rest could be done with CSS. Maybe.

Chris is the markup specialist, maybe he has some thoughts about this.
