Initial Comment:
Applies to tiling modes: vertical, scaled. 
Sometimes I work with 4 open windows (vertical tiling) and open a fifth one briefly before closing it again. The annoying effect is that I am left with my windows arranged in a different order than what they had been in before. This problem occurs in vertical tiling only when working with 4+ windows, in scaled tiling with 3+.
