Summary: Option to show crossrefs as footnote entries

Initial Comment:
An option to represent cross references, such as in the ESV, as footnote entries (like superscript letters in the study Bibles).  Then, when rolled over, the cross references appear in the magnifier and when clicked, the window navigates to that key entry.
