[bt-devel] Config Dialog HotKey Editor

I have been working on a HotKey editor page for the Config dialog. I 
have it mostly working and hope to check it in shortly. There are more 
details about the dialog at this page:

So far, the look of the dialog was largely taken from the previous look 
it had in BibleTime 1.65. I would like any thoughts you have for 
improving it.

One issue as I am thinking about it is the term HotKeys versus 
Shortcuts. The old dialog used them both. We should use only one of 
them. How about using HotKeys only.
