Summary: crash with Abbott module

Initial Comment:
I am running Bibletime 2.0.alpha3 on
Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10 x64.

Trying to install and use the Abbott module from Crosswire
causes a BibleTime crash and coredump.

How to reproduce:

rm -r ~/.sword # Start with an empty bookshelf
 bibletime & # run bibletime
Click on Settings -> Bookshelf Manager -> Refresh
 # NOTE A warning is generated:
(BibleTime 2.0.alpha2) WARNING: The module "Elzevir" requires a newer Sword library. Please update to "Sword 1.5.12".

 Allow install to complete
