OK, that's the same method that I use.  I just wanted to be sure that
it wasn't my build process for the library itself.  If that's not the
culprit, then I don't know what it is.  It took me about 5.5 hours
doing a linear build of it.

I'm out of time now, but I'll try to get a look at it in before I
package up a new build.
