[bt-devel] error with cmake, need kdebase?

Now cmake gives an error: Make Error: ERROR: Could not find KDE4
kde4-config

Maybe I have to install kdebase, I only have libs installed now. If it
doesn't work after that I will give a notice.

(Reminder: the wiki build page must be updated.)
