Summary: Improve locked module handling

Initial Comment:
Make it possible to unlock modules and use them without having to restart BibleTime.
Make it impossible to use modules which are not unlocked -- text from them should not be displayed, because this can lead to buffer overflow errors.

We store the key in a BibleTime config file to make sure it will not get lost during an upgrade of the module. We should, however, also set it in Sword's config files as well.

An improved unlock dialog would be nice, too.

And if it is not posssible to unlock modules without having
to restart BibleTime, inform the user that he needs to
restart before he can use his unlocked module.

The icon of the module should also reflect this immediately.
