Summary: Program toolbar becomes part of window toolbars (032)

Initial Comment:
By adding the 'Close All' button to the toolbar (Menu /
Settings / Configure Toolbar) the program toolbar moved
into toolbar of the first (upper) window.
Closing BT and starting again moves the programm
toolbar back
Same happens, if the order of the buttons is changed
(move one up or down)

-> Keep the program toolbar in his position, when
buttons are added to or removed from it.

JoachimA: Probably a KDE problem

Question to those of you using Gnome: Does the same thing
happen there?

Yes. We had this problem for a while already and were unable
to fix it. Looks like a KDE thing. Joachim, please close
this if we cannot solve it. This is unfortunate, but not
really serious.
