  Hmm... if you need a hicolor icon for something, I will be glad to make one.

  Come to think about it, why not include multiple themes? Not being a 
programmer, I'm not sure, but I wouldn't think it would be that hard to add 
the ability, and KDE users have shown they love to have the ability to 
customize icons... KDE look shows that. :-)

  Wouldn't it be great if KDE-Look was filled with BibleTime themes? 

  (And if you decide to do that, I will be glad to do whatever updates are 
needed to allow BT to continue to have a hicolor theme. I had actually sent a 
post about that about a month ago, but I guess it never made it to the list.)
