I think I found the bug now and fixed it. The reason was that we called 
showMaximized() and not parentWidget()->showMaximized() in 
CReadWindow::applyProfileSettings. Although this worked in KDE 3.0 this seems 
to be the reason.

I also fixed some problems with sessions. Focus order of windows is now 
restored when a session is loaded, too. This way the active window is kept.
