Fred,
do you think it's ok to remove the installation instructions part from the 
installed documentation? Since we have international installation 
instructions on our webpages do you think we can remove the install part?

If anything is still missing from www.bibletime.ifo we can add it to the 
instructions.

Removing the install part would save you some time because you don't have to 
work on it any more. And we have only one place with instructions to care 
about.
