Ok.

Now I updated several .po files, and make html-files tells no more parsing 
errors. How can I actually update the html files? It seems that make 
html-files does not actually create them?
Just tried a meinproc call without other arguments than the xml file. Worked. 
I'll commit the files (in bibletime-doc/docs/de/install/html. Fred or 
Joachim, could you take a look? Does this look ok to you? 

Should we change the make html-files command to actually produce the files if 
there were no parsing errors?
