I put 4 genbook examples in the beta area.  You can access them by FTP,
but they won't show up in InstallMgr yet (soon...).

The 4 books are:
enumaelish
josephus
imitation
npnf101

The first 2 were created manually, the second 2 were created
automatically by thml2gbs.  None of them are necessarily in a final
state, so let me know if there are huge bugs or unexpected behavior.
