[bt-devel] docs

I have a suggestion regarding the docs:

_Everything_ which is related to _development_ will go to sourceforge (also 
cvs instructions, mailing list etc.). If users are interested in helping they 
shall look there.

Everything which is user related (installation, usage, ...) will go into the 
handbook and be referenced at bibletime.de via the nice cvswb interface at 
sourceforge.

If there are docs not fitting in either category we will have to decide.

What do you think?
We should make these changes after 1.0 is released.
