Sword calls all of their documents "modules",  this is what I was referring to.
In terms of our "module tree" words from last manual it could look something
like this.

Left Window        Folders              Documents

Main Index   ---  Bookmark Folder-------Bookmarks
               |
               |- Bible Folder----------Bibles
               |
               |-Commentary Folder------Commentaries
               |
               |-Lexicon Folder---------Lexicons
