What I forgot to say: If you can incorporate the user-related
information from sf (e.g. requirements, features) into the
handbook, you can delete them from sf.

Please keep in mind that bibletime.de links into the cvs handbook.
It should always be in a readable and infomational state, so
you could recreate the HTMLs from time to time, esp. the english
handbook. ;)

BTW: we must find a way to handle the whole translation issue well
in future. If we decide to release more often (yes!), we cannot expect
the translators to translate the whole handbook each time. IMO the
messages can be translated incrementally. Any ideas?
