There are places where either by law or custom conversion to
Christianity is considered a capital offense.  

There might actually be better ways of securing the transmission to
areas like this, a method of encrypted transmission by third party has
been developed and is becoming widely used in China to download CNN.com
(which is considered subversive by the Chinese government).

I forget the name of this method, If i find the article I will post it.
