Daniel,

I think this may be the problem in 1.0.7 that I fixed just a couple of 
days ago in the nightly build. If so going into books and deleting the 
CrossWire beta site, it should work. We have some new modules in beta 
that give 1.0.7 some heart burn.

If you are not using the nightly build, you might want to give it a try. 
It is rather stable as we are in the last stages of testing before release.
