[bd-users] Tools to create modules?

Frank,

The basic process is:
1) Get an electronic text for the module we want to create.
2) Write a program that will convert it from it's current format into OSIS.
3) Run osis2mod to create a module.

What we find is that every e-text is different enough that we almost 
always have to write a new program.
