[bt-devel] automatic bug emails

Hi friends,

I just changed the settings on our sf.net project to automatically send emails 
to this list whenever a bug is submitted or edited. I hope that it will help 
us to be more informed as to what is going on, and react more quickly.

BTW, we have a load of bug reports open which need to be fixed before 1.6, and 
many are small issues. Help is very much appreciated. Many bugs are currently 
(wrongly) assigned to Joachim, please ignore that.
