This was indeed a problem in the KDE make system (which the stuff from admin/ 
is taken from).

No policy. Since this is not related to BibleTime itself, but to the build 
process, it probably does not have to be in the ChangeLog. But I don't mind 
if you put it in there. Let the ChangeLog become a great sign of activity in 
BibleTime! =)
