The display windows have their own toolbar!
The main toolbar is for basic functionality which depends not on the display 
windows. 
The toolbars f each display window provide the functionality to navigate in 
the modules of the display windows.
Is this ok?

I think putting something in the BibleTime WiKi would be cool. At the moment 
we should collect ideas.
Something plugins based like Gideon sounds cool :)

The back/forward stuff doesn't work and I think it's not fitting there, 
because the display windows are specialized on their own modules. Back/ 
forward is not good for all modules. For example where should back/forward go 
for Bibles? Book/Chapter or Verse?
And as I said the main toolbar shouldn't provide module navigation. Just 
global functions like search dialog, Optionsdialog etc.
