The same way as in the normal builds. You just add another source or patch 
line. And then during setup you issue the tar command to unzip, tar, the 
extra files into the bibletime build directory.

Then during the install section of the rpm You manualy install or copy the 
files to the rpm build root.

Then in the files section make sure to declair the files so they get added to 
the rpm.

If you have some files let me know and I can fix it up for you.
