Character display issue in the descriptions of two Finnish Bibles

The incorrectly displayed characters are the letter ä.

The same issue is seen with And Bible, so it may be a module issue rather than a front-end issue.

The two .conf files are encoded as ANSI.

Most front-ends nowadays seem to expect that .conf files would be UTF-8 encoded, at least for the purposes of displaying module descriptions in their module manager and/or document selector.

Only FinPR92 had an issue.

You can check the correct encoding of .confs by reading them. If and only if there is a line that reads "Encoding=UTF-8", they should be encoded as UTF-8. Otherwise, they should be encoded as CP1252.

I don't care what "most front-ends nowadays" expect. I'm not going to break behavior of front-ends that follow our guidelines for the sake of those that don't.

In fixing FinPR92 .conf (1.1.1) the About line has become corrupted.

Encoding of About line in finpr92.conf

Sorry - this was a quirk in how Notepad++ refreshes a file immediately after it's been replaced by another program. The About line looks OK after I re-opened it again.

Re-open was invalid.
