Lesson Editor duplicate entry problem

Description

When creating a new lesson, if one enters one word, then hits: Add Add Add Add Add Add

And then goes and modifies each entry, it seems the program gets confused. I modifies the wrong entry or changes more than one entry to the new modified data. Sometimes it doesn't even save all the entries.
