Xiphos 4.5.0 packages are in flight on Fedora Rawhide[0] and also in
nixpkgs[1] for Nix or NixOS users. Oddly, I had to add sqlite to the
packaging for Nixpkgs. Configure failed in finding necessary packages
without it. No such issues on Fedora.
