Wait, sorry, this is your machine? If Linux, what distro? Ubuntu? Fedora? OpenSUSE? The last version of this program was in 2020, I think. Shame, because it's great.

Since this is occurring on a Linux machine, I'd be baffled as to how
it might be a Windows font metric issue.
