[xiphos-users] requires yelp-build. cannot find downloads for yelp.build.

sure, I've been there and looked all over the place. none of the hyperlinks
there takes me to a page offering downloads. I also tried disabling my
ad-blocker, just in case, but it makes no difference.

Am I being blind?
