[xiphos-users] modules not appearing

Dumb question.  You did download Xiphos for Mint18, didn't you?

As for the module sources list":

Go to Edit

Module Manager

Module Source and load Standard (you can add more later)

then

Modules

Install/Update


That should get you up and running.
