The studypad puts things in, logically enough, ~/.xiphos/studypad. The
Prefs dialog shows this on the first page.

Journals are genbooks, and the manual describes them as such. Thus, they
are stored like any other module, landing in
~/.sword/mods.d/JournalName.conf and
~/.sword/modules/genbook/rawgenbook/JournalName/.

Everything about Xiphos is contained within ~/.sword and ~/.xiphos and
their Windows equivalents.
