<p>I have moved the focused verse or word down a bit so it doesn't
end up under the top bar if it is showing. This should be in the
next build once we push a new build.</p>
<p>Any feedback on the scrolling? Do we get focused verse
highlighting as you scroll, or only after scrolling completely
comes to a stop?</p>

functions Specifically, is there any blank white screens
until tap, and does the focus verse update highlighting
during scrolling or do you still have to wait for the

Johan, thank you for reporting the strange display issues. I sat with a
friend today who has an Apple device to try to see for myself what you
described below. I have no idea what is causing the disappearing of the
text until you tap the screen. I have tried to switch the HTML display
widget used for the app to something newer. I am hoping this will fix
both this strange display issue, and also the issue with momentum
scrolling, as I saw on my friends device that the current verse still
doesn't highlight until the scrolling slowly comes to a complete halt--
which is crazy annoying for trying to highlight a specific verse or word
in Language Assist mode. Let me know how this new HTML widget works
out. It may have its own entire set of new issue. :)

I test on an iPad (I think Gen 5) running iOS 12.3.1.
What I tested was successful except:
Searched for "People" in your KJV and when selecting a verse, the verse itself disappears underneath the "heading of the screen" and the bottom part of the screen is cut off. When I tap on the screen though, the heading is hidden and the verse displays. The bottom part of the screen also displays the rest of the chapter.
I will continue testing.

After 3 more tries, I finally have an iOS build using phonegap cloud build registered and approved for testing by Apple. Here is the TestFlight URL. Any feedback would be appreciated. Generally, we are interested if it works. :) One issue we've had on iOS in the past is that momentum scrolling wasn't sending scroll events during scrolling, but only after scrolling completely finished. This was making it difficult to select a verse by scrolling the main Bible text view, or to select a word by scrolling the right half of the screen in the Language Assist view, as the highlighting only happened after scrolling completely stopped moving. It would be great to hear if this has been improved in this latest build. Other developers have complained about this and have a few different work arounds, but they also say it is fixed in later versions of iOS, so I am not sure we need to do anything now. I would also like to know what versions of iOS we can install on, so please report if you are using an earlier or later version of iOS which hasn't yet been reported-- no need if someone has already mentioned your version. I might be able to build things for older iOS phones by changing a few build settings, but I would like to hear if this is necessary.
