<p dir="ltr">You shouldn't run that command from a distributed tar. The autogen.sh is used by the release manager or developers during package time. The command you are looking for is usrgen.sh or just ./configure</p>
<p dir="ltr">Running one of those should bring you to a state where invoking make will suffice.</p>
