Is there any reason not to use small caps? I.e.<br>
<divineName>Lord</divineName> becomes <span
style="font-variant: <em>small</em>-<em>caps</em>">Lord</span>?<br>

For BibleDesktop we don't have span, so we use the equivalent of
<font style="font-variant: <em>small</em>-<em>caps</em>">Lord</font>.
