Latvian translation mostly fit within KJV versification, so I just moved, joined and split some verses and now it's done.
However Latvian Bible Society hasn't yet answered about their thoughts (havent provided permissions) to publish this module.

I think a reversification of a couple of verses is acceptable
My suggestion is to try the Synodal and the German ones again
