Great work Karl and team!

Have you tried building against SWORD master head?  I'd love to know if
I've ironed out the HTTP installation preferences in the engine as we
move toward a release.

I've updated the masterRepoList registry to include PreferHTTP(S)
directives with their http(s) locations for the repos I know about, but
that is: all repos on crosswire.org, ebible.org, and xiphos.org (though
I couldn't find an HTTPS URL so I had to fallback to
http://ftp.xiphos.org/pub/xiphos/)

These two still go directly to FTP:

IBT has no packages folder here:
https://ibt.org.ru/ftpmirror/pub/modsword/raw/

STEP Bible lists this in our wiki, but it doesn't answer for me:
https://www.stepbible.org/pub/sword/

Any testing of the shiny new Xiphos 4.5.0 compiled against
https://git.crosswire.org/main/sword would be greatly appreciated.

The screenshots look great.  Great work guys!

Troy
