[sword-devel] Release timing?

yeah, we need to do some thorough testing. The latest engine has some
code which prefers http over ftp and last I remember, there was
something to iron out there which didn't work exactly correct. I need
to get my head back into that and build a few unit tests for that
feature. Yes, it's certainly time for a new release.
