[sword-devel] Bishop: Where are the module options to toggle filters, etc?

Is it not more than a little strange that an app created and developed by the founder & CEO of CrossWire should have been left adrift in the doldrums?
Has Troy ever explained the reasons that led to this sad state of affairs?
