Yes, eBible.org was down. Sorry about that!
It seems that two servers simultaneously forgot their IP address configuration.
The identical eBible.org repositories on https://eBible.org/sword/ and on ftp://ftp.ebible.org/sword/ are both available now, each from their respective machine.
