[sword-devel] Audio projects? (Video projects?)

All,

Thank you all for the replies.

Summary as far as I can see:

The discussion herein has resulted in these assumptions:
1. a general consensus that audio (and video) should be formatted as links
within the sword directory just like images.
2. a gentleman's agreement to not host works directly on Crosswire until
all front ends support the module.

If these these assumptions are a good representation of the current status
:
1. Is there any formalized directory structure or file structure within a
module directory that represents the 'right' way to build the links to a
local file downloaded within the module? That is, a best method example to
follow (with associated OSIS file) available? I know of several final
modules full of images, but without doing a lot of experimenting, I don't
know which module is the best to mimic.

2. Do any front ends currently support audio or video links either autoplay
or manual play?

3. Is there a possibility to create an AV repository within the Sword
universe? That is, a way to segregate works that are audio/video so that
the sword format can support them without creating front end trouble? And
in this I'm directly focused primarily on providing modules for AndBible in
audio/video format, which implies the repo in question be available by
normal download, but without breaking other front ends unless they wish to
include those modules. This would allow the modules to start appearing
without having to wait for all front ends to come online.
