OK, I thought about something like 
https://mcepl.fedorapeople.org/tmp/confs-list.txt but I could 
accquire it from .conf file in ~/.sword on my disk. Does it mean 
that all those “Permission granted to distribute 
non-commercially in Sword format” cannot be used by 
non-{libSword/JSword} programs?
