[sword-devel] Older iOS devices and future PocketSword releases?

On either of my iOS devices (iPad Mini & iPhone 5) for PocketSword 1.47 

With iOS 8.x it did not download a search index
With iOS 9.x (or later) it also crashed at this point.

fio. My iPhone 5 now has iOS 10.0.2 and my iPad Mini 9.3.5 (incompatible
with 10)
