[sword-devel] SWORD and the catchWord element

"A catchWord is a portion of text that is repeated, commonly in bold
typeface to draw the reader's attention to a particular portion of text."

In the source code for SWORD, any catchWord text is just shown in italics.

Before the next update, please would someone patch this to display catchWord
text in bold italics.

The text in a rdg element should remain as just italics.
