[sword-devel] Colophons

All the Pauline epistles have a colophon. The only thing that scholars
dispute is the Pauline authorship of Hebrews, but that doesn't affect the
fact that all historic editions of the KJV before [say] 1850, include the
colophons.

Aside: One modern publisher omits them out of principle, namely, the
Trinitarian Bible Society.

Generally speaking, these colophons are indented to align with the verse
tags of the preceding verses.

An interesting complexity (unearthed by DM) is that the Blayney 1769 Oxford
edition of the KJV also has a pilcrow ¶ for 13 of these 14 colophons. The
one exception is Ephesians.

Regards,

David
