The latest Windows build of xulsword is normally available from 
http://ibtrussia.org/en/media
or more directly as "Holy Bible" Computer Program on
http://ibtrussia.org/en/pc

The developer has also made a 64 bit edition that can be downloaded from
http://ibt.org.ru/ftpmirror/pub/xulsword/MK-3.13/MK_Setup(WINNT_x86_64-msvc)-3.13.exe
Currently there is no page linking to this on the IBT website.
