[sword-devel] Notes within title elements

This observation may be of use to developers.

While working on a module update, I found that one front-end did not display
the text of a footnote located within a title element, even though the note
tag was shown.
I've already reported this to the front-end developer.

This is something that other front-end developers may need to check.

NB. It's valid OSIS to have a note element within a title element.
